Jewellery Box | Wood Box In Red Cedar And Huon Pine

The Red Cedar in this box was salvaged during renovation of the Former Victoria Hotel Maitland, NSW built in 1837. The rich Brown colouring of the Cedar is testament to its authenticity as a centuries old timber that is virtually impossible to come by these days. I have teamed the Cedar with another centuries old timber in Tasmanian Huon Pine which gives the inside a bright and fresh look and you will want to open the lid often to experience the beautiful aroma of the Huon Pine. The two lift out trays and open space under allow for plenty of storage for all your jewellery items.
The timber is finished with the Constantia range of 100% Australian organic oils and waxes.
