This Tallowwood Burl is fragile to work with and each piece of the sides and lid have been carefully selected for looks and durability and once together they form a strong item that is certain to be noticed. The lid is lined with Red Cedar and the lift out tray and live edge handle are from matching burl. The box and tray base are lined with Black suede while the lid is hinged on vintage style Brass plated hinges.
