The Bulloak box material was found in a row of cleared trees which were destined to be burnt. It is a strong, heavy and hard wood that has beautiful grain characteristics and a hint of fiddle back. River Sheoak was chosen for the lid insert to as a contrast and in itself is the real feature of this box. The box has been left free of dividers and inserts to give a wider variety of uses. the lid is hinged on Chrome plated strap items while the box base is lined with Brown Suede.
